Charkin Maritime and Offshore Safety Centre is an indigenous Marine, Oil and Gas training establishment registered under the Corporate Affairs commission of Nigeria for the sole purpose of providing basic and advanced STCW courses to the Maritime Industry and offshore emergency response courses as well as control training/ certification to the oil and gas industry.
